1. We have high value home markets in most states.

2. We have markets available for short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO etc.)

3. We can quote course of construction risks.

4. We have markets available for secondary/vacation homes.

5. We can include earthquake coverage in most states (some restrictions may apply).

6. Dome homes are acceptable (available in 25 states).

7. Wood stove as primary heat source acceptable in 25 states (some limitations may apply).
